Achieving peak performance – is it a question of understanding and developing your key internal business relationships?

After almost 15 years of working with a wide range of organisations and senior level individuals, GAP People have spent a lot of time researching the factors that produce effective business relationships and how you achieve organisational peak performance. 

Following on from their research, they have now developed their Business Relationship Coaching Programme focused on optimising specific one-to-one senior relationships and improving business performance.

Whether it’s relationships between business owners, leaders and subordinates, same-level team members or Chairmen and Chief Executives, the focus of the Business Relationship Coaching Programme is to help two individuals work together more effectively and perform at their absolute best.

“Easier said than done!” you may say but by providing the right guidance, structure and environment, GAP People have seen great results.

How the Business Relationship Coaching Programme works

Working from a supportive and outcome focused position, GAP People firstly create a safe environment for the participants to explore their communication styles, values, preferences, strengths and weaknesses. Areas of friction are discussed openly and with honesty with the aim of eliminating negativity and causes of conflict. Participants identify and agree ways in which they can work together better and play more effectively to each others strengths, sharing responsibility and supporting one another.

Further sessions between participants (initially facilitated by GAP People) identify how the developments are impacting, what improvements have been made and how business performance has been enhanced.
